LEE MEMORIAL HEALTH SYSTEM FOUNDATION holds many events to support the Trauma Program which provides life saving emergency services for our seven county region including Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, Glades, Desoto and Sarasota counties.  An upcoming event being held July 25, 2009 is the 7th Annual David Lee Root, Jr., Memorial Fishing Tournament.  We would appreciate your consideration of a cash donation for the tournament.  

 

Golden Hour Sponsor: Chartered boat during event, prominent display of company name and logo on promotional materials, 2 tables at the Captain’s dinner, banner at event, name and logo on shirts.   

 

Trauma Sponsor: $1,000-  6 angler, 8 tickets to the Captain’s dinner, banner at event, name and logo on shirts.

 

Critical Care Sponsor: $500- 4 anglers, 4 tickets to Captain’s dinner, name and logo on shirts.

 

Life saving Sponsor:  $250- Name and logo on shirts.
